The
UMD has invited comment from stakeholders on the Study of Maryland
Participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
We greatly appreciate the responses we have received and have
posted these below for reference. The first deadline for specific
comments on the Model Assumptions was September 25, 2006. Recommendations
for other scenario studies and comments on any other issues
for consideration in the study were received by October 25,
2006 by 5:00 PM, EST. Comments on the final report, released
February 1, 2007, were received by February 27, 2007 at 5:00
PM EST.
